PSK'11 is finally over. tho i must say am sad that we din clinch first pls but nonetheless im happy with the silver. My FIRST silver for silat & FIRST medal for seni. ACHIEVEMENT. call me kental. i dun care! after all these years competing, all the patience & perserverence paid off. i may not be the lucky ppl hu got their medal during their first try, but thats no excuse to stop trying. Next GOLD medal uh(insya'allah)! PRO2012!! :D

26weeks of MP/SIP under Lufthansa Technical Training & its draining the energy outta me. currently doing 1 out of 3 major projects, structures. haizzz.. banyak pening horr. calculate flat length all, planning, wat to assemble first wen to drill. tho im left w 10weeks, its like the toughest week out of all. nomore slacking and stoning in the classroom & fuck-it-jux-whack momments in the workshop anymore. its work work work & accuracy in the workshop, filing, sawing, shearing, drilling etc. yeah ballss!!! & at the end of it all, theres still 2 MCQ & 1 essay to be done to make all these hardwork worth while. shld i get below 75% for any of the paper, its 26weeks of wasted effort :S

& for sum reason LTT is making me a very veerrryyyy sleeeeepyy person. i can slp anywhere & in any position in skl -.-

imma surfer gal! sorta :B on a brighter note, i got a chance to learn surfing! been wanting to surf since forever! lucky i got a good instructor, the rest mcm scarry sei :/ its soo much harder than i expected laa. & the waves are oh my gawd. it may nt look big in e picture, but wen yur there on the board staring at e water swelling, creating a wall, then u turn ard to position urself & u hear the waves crashing & get' closer, u'll jux go "bloody hell!!". well i did. the whole time i was in shock! never felt strong waves pulling & throwing before. even wen the water level is at ur calf, wen the water pulls back, u can actualy fl e pull & follow it. but e adrenaline rush was awsome, got my face whacked by the waves & board so many times. thrown off e board, thrown backwards by e big waves, board landing on top & e wave jux roll u all the way to shore. got drag by the waves everytime i fall off. it was epic! :D though i only manages to stand 6 times, bt its not bad for first timers. so said the instructor la kan :)) Mama! nak surf lagii!!! :D

well nuting much to say laa kan..lets jux sae i was sorta shocked coz my match was suppose to be slightly later. tgh lepak2. dang! but oh wells. least i did 3/4 of things i wanna do. which is the touch & go technique & sapuan. but i was concentrating on tt soo much tt i forgot bout my x & dun move behind. so wen she pressured, i kinda got lost. darn it..but overall, if u lk at in terms of comp wise, it was 50/50. which sux! damn :( lotsa things need to work on...

was a success! Alhamdulillah :)

tho as one of the organisers, theres nt much fun. but u guys were awsome!! its YOU hu made it happen. sooo G-double O-D..J-O-B..GOOD JOB! x]

to my seni teams, congrats on the improvement. tho, there's still more work to be done. its good to see a positive progress. pick up the pace & insya'allah we'll be redy for IVP '11 :) esp to my tunggal peeps, from now on im gg to be harsh on u. like the camp, imma make u repeat till u get it right! tts wat training is all about. but pls mk yur own initiative to LEARN, not jux watch, but actually LEARN yur moves at home. theres lotsa vids on utube ok. & kp practicing!

haii...im alr half way thru my poly years..time flies, one and a half years to go :) & :(

well 2.2 started off awsomely! imma love my mondays & tuesdays for i start at 12pm & 1pm respectively. hehehe! soo far soo good, been experiencing lectures only so far. out of all i think im gg to enjoy basic aerodynamics lect the most! or myb e oni lect im gonna enjoy?? lecturer edwin talk cock alot sia! well good laa, so we all wun fall asleep during lect :)

but horr i think imma hate engineering material :( e lecturer ass sia! he made things clear to us tt he's not one hu give high marks. qoute: "tiz senior's report very good outta e bunch, he got B" -.- WTF! very good got B??? oh right i forgot A is excellent -.- urgh drop my confidence sia! :(

the most awsome & wildest & fun time spent at tt anual NP event. i never had as much fun ever! am actually excited to wake up at 6am for 3days! i dun even complain.

& e zouk out at e last day was beyond. it was EPIC! Rossane dance like kena electric shock, Melissa shake her thang, even Jia Ying too! & Hwee San kept screaming coz she realize she could..hahaha..her screams was soo random laa! tk kene tempat.lol! && i got a chance to dance w e onie malay SL in apache, becoz mayb he thought im safe to dance w. gd choice! hahaha.. lol poor boy kena chased by the gals hu wanna dirty dance w him. ape tak, handsome giler sei!! haiz cair :B

y 45?? coz tts e min requirement for class A catogary & i wanna feel light on my feet when i fight. coz right now i fl like a fat bitch who cant barely lift her legs. may not seem like it, bt tts how i feel. SLUGGISH! me no likey!

kicks are low, to me, & it lacks power and esp speed..& im not agile. not good! also i feel unhealthy w my current body. too much spare parts for my likings, & u can tell tt im abit plum. for those hu noe me since pri skl, u'll noe. act dun nd look back far, year 1 poly b4 ivp. its obvious! im not fat i noe, bt am not slim either.

Raya recap

hey2 ppl..raya tiz yr is not as exciting as previous years..it seems tt as i get older, it gets less thrilling. its not much of syawal im jumping ard for, its ramadhan. i realised tt tiz yr. hopefully next ramadhan, will be better. i wanna puasa full can? :(

anyhoos..raya outings i muz sae are fun! & wayy more than i had. outing w sec skl peepz TWICE! the usual, ckigu & gang, as well as my batch usuals. theennn TPsilat! to coaches session & members session. the bus ride was funny! esp wen farhi started playing tiz club song. it got stuck in our heads the whole night!! then the bus uncle uh very irritating!! charge us alot then bising2. jux shut up & drive can! :P

im not one who opens up, never was...
i jux kept quiet, kp it all bottled up, because i think im strong enuff to handle it on my own.
because i always believe that the onie person who could solve my "problems" is me.

it was only last year tt i learnt to let my worries out, told them everything, it felt good at first.
finally able to let some go. but unfortunately i find myself feeling weaker, i was not as strong as i used to be. wat mks it worst was the ears who listened dun have an honest heart, leaving me all messed up.

i realised that keeping things by myself is what that gives me strength. it is what that allows me to think, reflect, analyse and decide. by keeping things to myself, im hearing my own voice, keeping my emotions in check, focused, & not be influenced by others.

i realised that when i open up, im being dependant, i react in a way that i dun usually react. because my heart & mind is tainted by what other people feel & how they react. i get angry bt in actual fact i wasn't, i feel sad bt normally those things wun affect me much. & became vulnerable.

so now im back to my ownself again. its hard..bt i can mk it :) im making myself sound like i dun need help, i do. but i will come to u wen i need it. so in e mean time, dun try to squeeze things outta me. i need my space to think.

health tips: food glorious, FOOD! :)

since this is the month of Ramadhan, lets start fresh with what's bad to eat & how to cook yur meals the healthier way :)

i may not be able to explain clearly why bt i wan you to try it. it may be a lil hard for you to comprehend.

1)SALT

tt is the most important ingredient! its wat makes your food taste gd & it is 1 of the main cause of high-blood pressure(hypertension). but how u add salt in your food is what matters most as it prevents hypertension & possibly cancer.

tell your mothers not to add salt when they are cooking.
only add them when they are about to serve the WARM food.
& 1 table spoon is more than enough.

salt is sodium chloride. by adding them whille cooking, they are actually boiling the salt, seperating the sodium & chlorine apart. tts wen things gets nasty in your body. coz u see, sodium chloride comes in a pair. once u seperate em, there's gonna be disaster. tis is sum' about the chemistry composition & its effects on our body.

2) all things comes in pair:

- fats + sugar
- sour + salty

if you dun follow this simple rule of pairing those 2 together, tts when u get damaged kidneys. so say NO to sweet & sour food or "3 rasa" foods coz yur gonna over-work your kidney and end up damaging them.

3) refrain from consuming anything with high sugar content from 10/11am till the next morning.

if you must, consume jux minimal amt & not too often. this is to prevent diabetes. coz yur body dun nd sugar after 11am.
unless if the high sugar content food you are eating are naturally sweet. eg, sugar canes & dates(kurma). provided you dun add sugar to them :)

4) too much of anything is never good for your body! :)

Rilly?? think, not many have a magnificient out of the world kinda love. so why not? why be amongst the mass where u can enjoy sum' tts rare.. sure e outcome is not ideal, but aren't u curious to fl tt amazing love? be part of it, have a taste of it?

went across tiz pic, brings me bk to tt dae i can never forget... & i cant believe i jux went thru w it n everything went well.

jux in case u guys din notice, my right feet was swollen n bruising real bad. see closely & there's sum' nt quite rite with my firz 2 toe beside e big toe. how i injured my toe was a long silly story which i shared previously.

i bet those of u hu saw tiz performance or lk at e pics dun hv a clue wat happen.. i was actually crying at e corner b4 e performance coz my toe hurt real bad and i cnt walk properly. i thot i fractured it but nah, jux sum fairly serious damage to my ligament. but its awsome how the mind works. one second u're in immense pain. the next yur fine, u dun fl a shit coz u nd tt part of ur organ. and wen u dun need it anymore the next second, the pain comes again, this time it hurts a lot more coz it serves as a warning.. cool or wat!

but e sucky part from tt ordeal is i hv to b extra careful w those 2 toes coz it doesnt tk alot to injure it again n it heals freaking long! :(

tunggal. dun tink i updated u guys bout my tunggal/women artistic solo event did i? well i din win..like i hope to.. but i got into finals, 6th place out of 15.. well its an improvement as compared to last year.. i din forget my moves. for both pool & finals, i gave my all.. but unfortunately, the tittle hv been predetermined & i din quite mk it for the remaining 2 spots.

i din show it, i was upset..my gut feeling was right, tts y i wasnt there to hear the results. i jux din expect it to be tt bad.. was i that bad?

funny how my coach tried to mk his prediction sound sweet. he doesnt wan me to feel down. he knew i wun win. but he told me tiz "jux give all yur best. show em how well u can play. the results u can not care *sighs* jux dun tink bout e result. jux perform & hv fun".

i did exactly wat he said.. perform my best n not care bout e result.. & kp myself focused for my fight on the same dae itself..but honestly, its hard to kp it in...bt i kept it in..i hv no regret..

so now e question is should i cont tunggal nxt yr?
u dun see it...i dun enjoy doing tunggal.. i dun want to, i have to...
eversince the first time i watched the silat comp, i told myself frm the begining, tunggal isnt my thing. i was not interested at all..

i remember th first time i had to do tunggal for PSK & i was scared to sae no. how much i dreaded it. how i kept complaining to mama i dun wanna do it while i was training at hm. bt mama said "since yur doing it now, then jux do it all the way. & mk sure u do it gd."
i trained hard, was given freaking 4 weeks to memorize everyting. i learned the tembung steps 5 days b4 actual comp. i made sure i did it good. wats e pt of joining if u duwan win right? well i got 4th where i cld hv gotten better.....i forgot...

then i came to TP...my main motive to join TPsilat in my first yr & actually start training b4 skl even start is because i wanted to compete in class A tanding. bt i wasnt given tt spot bt was given tunggal instead, i wanted to sae no, bt heck i din spend 3months training for nuting. so i took it.all the time i trained for it, i forced myself to. i din enjoy every single bit of it. there's no passion in every moves i did. & to my biggest regret, after all tt hard work, i forgot AGAIN..

so tiz yr i did tunggal not becoz i wan to, but i hv to..its like e redemption. i need to prove to myself that i can do tiz. & i hv accomplished tt..

so should i come bk again next yr to chase after the medal?? or should i drop tt & chase after another medal tt would mean more to me, ganda?? it has been my passion, my dream to hv a ganda team n excel in it. but i was never given e chance to do so..

tho i hoped for better... i soo wanted to go finals...

sooo..went sommerset to collect sum1's pay & almoz went there in vein, almost. lucky!

SAT.. the day when i witness the sky above marina barrage was decorated with kites...

All smiles b4 we head down to TM to watch Rec2.. i never heard soo much screaming in e cenima in my entire life to date. period.. was luffing my ass off wen they were screaming like mad as tho those posessed ppl were chasing em! EPIC!!! tho i admit i do hv my share of screaming. bt mine was a rather short burst wen i jumped. their's was like "aaarrgghh!! ...aarghh!!!...arrgghhh!!!....." & it goes on until e attacking stopped or they got tired of screaming..haha!! soo cute la they....tnx to em e movie was more thrilling & exciting.. i love tt dae =)

PD bore! -..-

heres the long awaited update on wat i did last wkend, tt was wat suppose to be an 'awsome' holiday.. spent firz nite at my apartment in KL then off to Port Dickson.. as mama hv her seminar there, i spent 3 endless days watching tv, eat & slp w my dad. ZZzzzzzz....... ubber waste of time. tho the resort i stayed in was well sweet..personal pool in my suite, queen size bed all for myself, huge toilet, nice scenery of the sea..its still a bore as is e surrounding sux..no malls nuting..the beach was far frm there so my dad din bother gg..he was like "nanti mama dabez course kiter jln2"...*dig nose* -..- liar liar pants on fire...so much for 'jln2' aft mama's seminar to cameron highlands, terengganu & langkawi & bla3... its more like getting loz for an hr to melaka jln2 at jusco & finally "jln2" all the way home...yes home, singapore home... n here i was looking forward for the dae till mama finish her seminar..

missed a party & loz my study rhythem & gained unwanted weight all tnx to tt shitty trip.. oh & i broke a personal record. i never been soo moody like rilly f* up moody in my entire life.period

but e brightside is.. i got myself a sweet boho dress & a few mk-up stuff tt i wanted =)

was soo bored i look e same in all pics.. :D MALAS B]

tiz whole week, my canoeing gals had their comp...went down to support em..& am not satisfied w their performance..they never change..haizzz

but anyway, CONGRATS c div K4 gals for getting silver!! :D

hey ho..haven been updating tiz blog..lazy uh..int sloww or izzit my comp..pffft.. bt since i hv nuting better to do now, lets jux sit thru e pain n blog :) well e above pic was taken during my silat camp. it was ok..its diff wen yur conducting e camp n wen yur e camper...sooo i muz sae i was quite bored. to sum its a good camp, bt personally, i dun tink e camp was a success. or least for me la knn..there's so many tings we could hv done bt din, due to weather or watever. e onie ting i benefit frm e camp was i realise tt i still hv a long way to go to achieve watever i wrote on tt board*above* & yay! i found a way to jatuhkn org B]

27/3/10 PASTAMANIA-ed w them 2 galss @ downtown east..

its me, amalina, maya n her lil bro syaheed..

enjoyed every nite of my crumble cheese spag!! yummylicious!! LOOOVEEE it!!!
then cheese stick as side dishh..wooo! *slurps* bt i prefer swensen's cheese stick.. its purely cheese inside! MaMa Mia!! =B

after tt went to e bowling alley but it was sooo bloody packed!!!

soo ira being random as always suggested manicure.. & so we searched the whole of downtown east n Pasir Ris int area for an available shop.. n soo we stopped by tiz shop n get our nails done.. n e outcome isss...... errrr....it doesnt lk done..infact it lk e same as it was onie cut n "shaped" and uhh filed?? bt not buffed -.- it wass an awful experience!! waste my kaching for sum' i cn do much better by myself!! was effing pissed! still dare to offer us package.. its either they're dumb or they simply dun care!

yuyul bby & i were crazy overr rings!! omg! e rings r lovely..alongside their ribbon hair clip & awsome shit brooches..

it wass sooo funny... yuyul & radin were buying tings frm they're own shop! haha.. "eh Radin aku nk beli tights ko" & " eh Atika aku chop skirt ko dulu tau".. hahaha...n fiika & i bought stuff frm their shop as well...hahs..e next time u see us, we'll b wearing sum' tt u've seen yuyul & radin wore b4..hahaha!

then theres tiz crazy tok on having an online shop..woo! egg-cited! Ira shall be yuyul's model kk. hees :P soo lk out for us @ FB in a future yaww...bt mind u we're selling 2nd hand stuff. but those stuff its either worn once or nt at all! so nt to worry =)
