on a loose wait programme! (sorta)
k so since last week i've been trying to loose weight. goal weight is 45kg! :)
y 45?? coz tts e min requirement for class A catogary & i wanna feel light on my feet when i fight. coz right now i fl like a fat bitch who cant barely lift her legs. may not seem like it, bt tts how i feel. SLUGGISH! me no likey!
kicks are low, to me, & it lacks power and esp speed..& im not agile. not good! also i feel unhealthy w my current body. too much spare parts for my likings, & u can tell tt im abit plum. for those hu noe me since pri skl, u'll noe. act dun nd look back far, year 1 poly b4 ivp. its obvious! im not fat i noe, bt am not slim either.
any ideas how i can trim down? ohoh, can sum1 be my running buddy?? i wun run fast i promise. since wen i run fast anyway... :(
PS: 2.5kg more to go :(
