coz there were 3cracks at 3 diff places of my shoulder :)

amalina & i were practicing our ganda, trying out our head scissors, thennn.....

things went wrong, twisted my shoulder & landed on it.. it was like "cRRRack..thud!" (imagine tt) hahaha...
well, its been 3 days now, & its getting better. no worries horr. nuting serious. alhamdulillah :)
but right, i hope i can continue training coz it still aching. need to tk things slowly. pffft -.-
