k soo today is our very first trng for e hols aft a 1 month break..aahhh!!! n im bk to square 1 :( well physical wise, im surprised im still there..YAY!!! but my knee, urgh my knee... it suck!! i wanted to push soo bad, improve..my gawd i cn kp up w e guys pace, sure i was panting bt manageble..annd my knee had to ruin it for me...i fl soo fark up..booo :( i din complete e run. boo! :(

but...e fact tt e gals tried to carry me, where i cn wok slowly n save alot of time, cheer me up..n touched me..haha..sungguh2 drg..cute laa..awww, tnx guys..love u all
